Ksenia Zharko – is one of the brightest conductors of presence. She occupies several conducting positions: music director and chief conductor of Women symphony orchestra; during 4 years she was music director and conductor of "Operetta-Land" International Singing Contest in Novaya Opera Theatre in Moscow; during 13 years she was leading conductor in Moscow Comic Opera Theatre; conductor fellow in National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia (music director and chief conductor – Vladimir Spivakov) and Bolshoi Theatre (2004-2006); guest conductor in over 40 symphony orchestras and theatres of Russia and Ukraine, such as "Novaya Rossiya" (music director and chief conductor Jury Bashmet) and Budapest Operetta Theatre. Also she is a guest conductor of Bogota Philharmonic orchestra, Symphony orchestra of Sri Lanka and Bombay Chamber orchestra.

Ksenia Zharko graduated from Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire (prof. Vassily Sinaisky and prof. Igor Shtegman) with First-class honoured degree diploma. She participated in masterclasses of Sir Colin Davis and Vladimir Fedoseyev.

She is a laureate of the II International Vakhtang Jordania Conducting Competition and Diplomant/Special Audience Award of Kálmán International Conductors' Competition (Hungary).
